Conditions:
Haulage - First 5kms free of charge, thereafter $6.60 (GST Inc) per km payable one way only for each trip the truck makes
For loads of 0.6 to 1 cubic metre, a $250 fee applies.
For loads of 1.2 to 2 cubic metre, a $200 fee applies
For loads of 2.2 to 3 cubic metre, a $100 fee applies
30 minutes is allowed to expel 5 cubic metres, and 20 minutes to expel less. Thereafter $1 per minute is charged for waiting time
